Norman Parsell's Award Honoring Tracy Edwards

Tracy Lee Edwards is a dedicated community leader and passionate volunteer whose impact reaches far beyond her professional career. Based in Milford, Connecticut, she has devoted years of service to organizations that strengthen education, literacy, and local outreach. Tracy is known for giving her time and leadership to initiatives that uplift individuals and families throughout her community.

A proud Rotarian, Tracy is a Past President of the Devon Rotary Club, where she has led fundraising efforts, service projects, and nonprofit partnerships. In recognition of her outstanding commitment, she received the Olivier B. Andrus Rotarian of the Year Award in 2025, one of the club’s highest honors. She was also the recipient of the Community Service Award from the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors, selected from more than 1,000 agents, reflecting her long-standing dedication to volunteerism.

Beyond Rotary, Tracy had served as Vice President of Literacy Volunteers of Southern Connecticut and participates in several women’s civic and leadership groups. Whether organizing charitable events or supporting literacy programs, she brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong belief that meaningful service is the foundation of a thriving community.
